GUILFORD CARES

Guilford Cares is a non-profit organization providing services and resources to residents of the town of Guilford whose needs may not be met by other service organizations. Services include rides to health-related appointments and errands, friendly visiting, assistance with Advance Medical Directives, and Wellness activites such as exercise, support groups, and walks. Guilford Cares also operates a food pantry and a medical equipment loan program for Guilford and surrounding towns.
