VERMONT MEDICAID | DEPARTMENT OF VERMONT HEALTH ACCESS
Provides low-cost or free health care for adults. Vermont Medicaid includes doctor visits, hospital care, prescriptions, vision, and some dental care. Also covers long-term care in a nursing home or at home, and physical therapy. Medicaid for the Aged, Blind, or Disabled (MABD) is also available. Assists Vermonters in enrolling in (and answers questions about) Medicaid and MABD. The member services line can help with filling out the application.
