ARC Rutland Area (Advocacy, Resources, Community) is a non-profit advocacy and services organization for people with developmental disabilities. It provides information, assistance, self-advocacy training, service projects, representative payee services, and social events to help ensure people with developmental disabilities considered valued citizens equal to the non-disabled population.
