Assists individuals in finding or maintaining employment of their own choice. Services for finding employment include career exploration, aptitude testing, counseling and guidance, transition services for students, vocational training, small business development, technology, and education. Services for maintaining employment include jobsite evaluation, adaptive equipment, low vision services, and support.

DAIL - Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired (DAIL - DBVI) is the designated state unit that provides vocational rehabilitation and independent living services to Vermonters who are blind or visually impaired.
