A Burlington Housing Authority (BHA) Section 8 Participant, eligible applicant, or a resident of BHA owned and managed properties; Employed full-time for a year; Income Guidelines Apply; In full compliance with current lease; No home ownership in the last 3 years; Willing to use the Section 8 voucher to purchase a home within BHA jurisdiction
