AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS

The American Academy of Pediatrics is a national professional membership organization of primary care pediatricians, pediatric medical sub-specialists and pediatric surgical specialists whose purpose is the attainment of optimal physical, mental, and social health for all infants, children, and young adults through education, advocacy, research, and services. The AAP provides an online information clearinghouse for parents and professionals that is dedicated to informing about the health, safety, and well being of infants, children, adolescents and young adults.
