Provides transportation to and from non-Medicaid medical appointments, meal sites, senior centers, social activities, shopping and pharmacy trips, radiation and dialysis treatment, and general daily needs. Offers volunteer driving opportunities. Enrollment is limited and dependent upon available funding at the start of each fiscal year.
