Putney Community Cares is a non-profit community organization that serves individuals of all ages in Putney with a range of programs and services. Offers arts and wellness programs and resource and referral for health and human services, assistance with state benefits and Vermont Health Connect applications, and temporary financial assistance. Also provides durable medical equipment loans, rides to appointments, community meals, and Meals on Wheels for older adults.
