Services include acute injury and illness treatment, mental health and substance abuse counseling, free/low cost medications, financial assistance, and confidential HIV and other STD testing. Also provides consultations and eligibility support for State and Federal Benefits and low-cost drug manufacturer discount programs. Dental care is provided at South End Health Center.

The Community Health Center of Burlington (CHCB) is a non-profit, community-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering comprehensive primary health care services to people of all ages, backgrounds, and life circumstances. CHCB provides primary medical and dental care as well as mental health and psychiatry services. Special services include telephone-based interpreter assistance, obstetrical and prenatal care, prescription assistance and a sliding fee scale.
