Provides support and social services coordination for those in need of help connecting with resources that are available to them including housing, employment, health, and child services. Additional services include cross-cultural education and information about integrating into Vermont communities, interpreter services, leadership development and advocacy, workforce development, domestic violence prevention/intervention, youth enrichment, and new American women's support groups.

AALV, Inc. (Association of Africans Living in Vermont) is a non-profit social services organization serving new Americans from anywhere in the world living in Vermont. In an effort to promote equal opportunity, dignity and self-sufficiency, the following services are offered: Referral Case Management, Integration Education, Workforce Development, Cross-cultural Training, Neighborhood Women's Groups, Interpreter Services, as well as cultural preservation and recreational activities.
