YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM | SPECTRUM YOUTH & FAMILY SERVICES
Provides transition planning, case management, and instruction in life skills including self-sufficiency with transportation, post-secondary education support, employment skills, budgeting and financial management, housing education, communication strategies, health education, and risk reduction. Spectrum's Youth Development Programs (YDP) includes JOBS, an intensive case management program which promotes healthy transitions to independence using employment as the catalyst for progress.

Spectrum Youth & Family Services is a non-profit youth and family services agency serving Chittenden County. Some programs also serve Franklin, Grand Isle, and Lamoille counties. Services and programs include two drop-in youth resource centers; a nightly shelter, mental health and substance abuse counseling for youth and families; youth shelter; transitional housing and support services for youth; education case management; and supported employment.
