Provides full dentistry services including preventive and restorative care, extractions, crowns and bridges, periodontal services, minor implant restorations, and dentures. Patients of Champlain Islands Health Center, which serves individuals from South Hero, North Hero and Grand Isle, can access dental care at the Dental Clinic.

The Community Health Center of Burlington (CHCB) is a non-profit, community-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering comprehensive primary health care services to people of all ages, backgrounds, and life circumstances. CHCB provides primary medical and dental care as well as mental health and psychiatry services. Special services include telephone-based interpreter assistance, obstetrical and prenatal care, prescription assistance and a sliding fee scale.
