MODERATE NEEDS GROUP | DAIL - ADULT SERVICES DIVISION

Provides limited funding for homemaker, adult day, case management, and ‘flexible fund’ services to people who do not meet nursing home level of care criteria, but require some services to assist them to remain independent in their home, preventing a more intense level of service.
