Provides intensive case management individually tailored to meet the needs of each family. Counselors work with families to assess needs and establish housing goals. Also provides assistance with locating, securing or maintaining housing.

The Winston Prouty Center is a non-profit child and family services organization providing Windham County families with educational, intervention and support services to meet the individual needs of young children and their families. Services include the Early Learning Center providing professional child care services, community-based and in-home services, a child care referral program, Vermont's Child Care Financial Assistance Program, CIS's (Childrens Integrated Services) specialized child care program, the Early Learning Express Bookmobile, and the Village Community Closet.
