ADULT SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER SERVICES | COMMUNITY CARE NETWORK: RUTLAND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
Provides individualized, comprehensive, outpatient treatment services that address both the users' needs and the needs of those affected by the users' addictions/substance use disorders. Groups are gender and trauma-specific and are designed to build relapse prevention skills. Intensive Outpatient Program available (IOP). Provides information about alcohol and drug use, the effects on individuals, families and communities, as well as information to the public about strategies for prevention and early intervention.

Community Care Network - Rutland Mental Health Services (CCN) is the designated community mental health agency contracted by the Vermont Department of Mental Health to serve the residents of Rutland County.It offers a range of programs providing treatment for behavioral health, developmental disabilities, substance use & recovery, as well as residential services. CCN provides acute and long-term behavioral health care services to people who experience a wide range of behavioral and mental health challenges.
