Crisis Fuel: Income Guidelines Apply; Household has a quarter of a tank of fuel or less, and/or a utility disconnect notice;
"After Hours Crisis Fuel Assistance" for Weekends/Holidays Crisis Fuel: Same requirements as above, plus at least one member of household is a "vulnerable population" member (age 60 or older, under age 6, or is a recipient of federal disability benefit)

Electric heat assistance is limited to households with primary heat source of electricity or electricity that is essential to keeping other types of heating systems operational.
