Description

Provides primary medical care for all age groups for lifestyle medicine, reproductive and sexual health including family planning and birth control, nutrition and dietary counseling, preventive care, chronic disease management, behavioral health services, psychiatry referrals,substance use treatment including medication treatment for opioid use disorder (MOUD), alcohol use and stimulant use disorders. They also have a mobile health care unit. Medication treatment for opioid use disorder (MOUD) is offered at both the Bristol location and at the mobile healthcare unit, currently located at 81 Industrial Avenue in Middlebury on Tuesdays: 8:00am-2:00pm.
