Provides primary medical care for all age groups (newborn, pediatric, young child, teen, adult and geriatric health care), lifestyle medicine, reproductive and sexual health including family planning and birth control, nutrition and dietary counseling, preventive care, chronic disease management, behavioral health services, psychiatry referrals, laboratory services, substance use treatment including medication treatment for opioid use disorder (MOUD), alcohol use and stimulant use disorders. Medication treatment for opioid use disorder (MOUD) is offered at both the Bristol location and at the mobile healthcare unit, currently located in Middlebury.
