Description
Provides financial assistance of up to 50,000 dollars per unit to make vacant rental units available by assisting with health and safety repairs, as well as repairing code violations such as electrical, plumbing, water, septic, heating systems, roof, accessibility, and other structural repairs. Program participants are required to provide a 20% match of grant funds and rent units at or below HUD Fair Market Rent prices. Program can also assist with the creation of new units, including accessory dwelling units.
