NEVER USE ALONE | NEVER USE ALONE

Offers trained volunteer peer support operators to answer calls of individuals about to use alone. Volunteers remain on the call to ensure the individual remains responsive during the process. When an individual calls, they are asked for their first name, phone number, location, and substance being used. If the operator detects the caller stops responding, emergency medical services are called to respond and reverse an adverse drug event. They also provide referrals to harm reduction, syringe, Naloxone and recovery services, if requested.
