Smart Recovery is an abstinence-oriented, non-profit organization for individuals with addictive behaviors. Smart Recovery offers self-empowering, free mutual meetings, as well as a Toolbox which provides a variety of methods, worksheets and exercises to help self-manage recovery. Support Group meetings include recovery meetings for: alcohol addiction, eating disorders, drug addiction, gambling, smoking and sex addiction.
