SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT | DAIL - HIREABILITY VERMONT
Helps Vermonters with disabilities to find and keep meaningful employment. HireAbility VT works closely with employment specialists at Supported Employment Programs who provide a wide range of services designed to teach necessary skills, help a person transition into a job, and ensure that employers meet the needs of their employees. Typically, support is gradually withdrawn as natural supports are developed on the job and as the individual becomes more and more self-sufficient.
