Aims to decrease risk factors and strengthen protective factors in order to reduce or eliminate further involvement in the system.

Washington County Diversion Program (WCDP) is a local, non-profit organization that provides a range of restorative justice programs for Washington County. WCDP runs six separate programs, including adult and youth Court Diversion, Youth Substance Abuse Safety program, and Balanced and Restorative Justice programs.
