Provides awareness training to employers about working with individuals who have disabilities. The program covers what constitutes a disability, how people with disabilities might be accommodated in the workplace, and how the natural supports of company procedures and co-workers can make everyone comfortable with a diverse employee group.
Also assists individuals with disabilities find and maintain meaningful employment. Helps with job related skills and training. Works with their employer to find solutions to barriers that might prevent them from returning or becoming employed.
