Vermont state
Provides basic prescription single or lined bifocal eyeglasses for individuals in need through a voucher program. Approved applicants must order their glasses through New Eyes' online eyeglasses dispenser. Vouchers are limited to one per person per year.

New Eyes is a non-profit volunteer organization providing a prescription eyeglasses voucher program for children and adults in the United States who cannot afford glasses on their own. New Eyes is also accepting donations of jewelry.
