TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM | INTERACTION YOUTH SERVICES AND RESTORATIVE JUSTICE
Offers short-term residential services to support a young person's transition from homelessness to independence. Services include assessment of independent living skills, case management, transitional living support, and outreach services. Life skills training, health and parenting classes are also offered.
