Provides transportation to and from medical appointments, senior center, shopping trips, and other essential travel needs. Appointment Required 24 Hours in Advance. The Castleton Community Center bus picks up eligible riders in Castleton, Hubbardton, Fair Haven, and Poultney.

Castleton Community Seniors (CCS) is a non-profit corporation that owns and operates the Castleton Community Center, a restored historic home that serves as a focal point for the community. CCS offers a wide range of services and activities that include wellness programs, transportation,senior meals and a variety of social programs for the residents of Castleton, Bomoseen, Fair Haven, Hubbardton, Hydeville, and Poultney.
