TAMARACK | ADDISON COUNTY RESTORATIVE JUSTICE SERVICES
Offers a diversion-like program that connects participants with substance use, mental health, and other community-based service supports, regardless of the participants criminal history, with the aim of improving the person's health and reducing future adverse involvement in the justice system. Successful completion of program results in a dismissal of the criminal charge.

Addison County Restorative Justice Services, a member of the Community Justice Network of Vermont, is a non-profit restorative justice organization that works with citizens, local and state government, and law enforcement agencies to provide restorative responses to crime and conflict. Programs promote restorative practices by increasing community involvement in finding solutions to crime through Reparative Panels, Court Diversion, Circles of Support and Accountability, Pretrial Services, Family Conferencing, Community Mentor, Victim Services, and the Youth Substance Abuse Safety Program.
