Offers services to help Vermonters quit smoking and vaping. Program provides telephone, online, and text support, access to free nicotine replacement (gum, patches and lozenges), and self-help tools. Specially designed phone coaching sessions and self-help materials are available for Black and African Americans, Indigenous peoples, LGBTQ2+, people with disabilities, parents and guardians of teens, and pregnant smokers.

The Vermont Division of Substance Use Programs (DSU) oversees a statewide network of health promotion, prevention, intervention, treatment and recovery services to prevent, reduce and eliminate the health impacts of alcohol, cannabis, opioid and other drug use. DSU works with national, state, and community based organizations to make programs and services available to Vermonters, uses data to plan and guide program improvements, and supports Vermont's statewide system of providers.
